As most of you know Devon and I have been together for close to 8 years. Here is the love story :)

We met in highschool, he was best friends with a long time family friend. The fall when I was in grade 11 and he was in grade 10, a friend of ours had a party, I knew I had to go as I had been telling my girlfriends that he had to be mine. So I asked one of his guy friends if he thought Devon would be there, and he was going. As we do in our younger days, some friends and I went and got all dolled up and drank a bunch of booze so that I would have the courage to actually talk to him, (terrible eh lol). Anyhow, one of my friends went to him and told him I had a crush on him, and he came to me and we started talking and talked all night. Weeks went by and I asked his bestfriend what was going on, and he said Devon didn't know if he was into me, AHH my heart sank. Later that week, I was laying on my bed doing homework and the phone wrang, it was him, I was so shocked. We talked for a few hours about everything, there was never a dull moment. And, ever since then we have been together.

When we first started dating Devon told his friends that we wouldn't be together any longer than a month. Ah, I know. Well here we are getting married and to this day he still tells me he can't believe it, I stole his heart and now it's mine forever. So we have chosen "Living our love song" as our first dance. There is a part in this song that says "People said it would never work out" and thats Devon, lol. And I proved him wrong.

When the song "The Rock Show" by Blink 182 came out, he would sing it too me, but where they sang "I fell in love with a girl at the rockshow" he would sing "I feel in love with a girl at Andy's Party" it's so cute. So that is going to be our entrance as husband and wife song.

There you's go thats how it all began. Devon is now an apprentice at a Tool and Die shop in Stratford ON, and I work at Shur-Gain in St.Marys ON as a pricing clerk. We plan on buying our first home this coming spring.
